Capabilities

1. Design--Our experienced designers create compelling solutions that support your brand and engage the consumer. Designers work closely with our engineers to guide your fixtures through production, ensuring that the design intent is followed, fixtures are cost competitive and brand guidelines have been met.

2. Engineering--Our engineers work closely with the Account Executive, design team, and production team to turn ideas into drawings. Lead Engineers also work with the purchasing department to determine the most cost effective methods to build a product. Each of these steps are ultimately taken to ensure that the product matches or exceeds required customer specifications.

3. Production--Our wood production includes materials such as solid wood, veneer, laminate, 3D laminate, and more. Wood finishing can be done for any custom look. Metal production includes materials such as sheet metal, tubular steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum...Finishing can be done polishing, brushing, painting, powder coating, anodizing...

4. Site installation--We have a site installation team with more than 30 professional workers, be responsible for site surveys and the site installation for all the stores in China area.

5. Project management--Experienced project managers provide close communication from enquiry to after-sale service, your every information will be passed to the factory and make sure everybody is on the same page.

Quality control process

1. Incoming Quality Control(IQC): Casual inspection or full inspection for the incoming materials, reject unquolified materials come in to the factory.

2. Input Process Quality Control(IPQC): Self-check pre-production sample before mass production, make sure all function, structure is workable; Casual inspection semi-finished material before going to next step.

3. Final Quality Control: Casual inspection or full inspection before shipping.
